Brooke is the greatest! I had a home I wanted to sell in a down market before the market declined further. She recommended I paint it white, move out and have it staged. Although I was a little hesitant at first, especially having to move out and having to pay extra rent if it didn't sell quickly, I decided to listen to the expert and followed her suggestions. I’m sure glad I did, as she sold my home with multiple offers in under a week on market! I was able to get it painted in about 1 week, and moved out. Brooke then sent in someone to clean the place and the next day she got the stager in who did an excellent job and finished in 1 day. Brooke also got me a very low price for the stager. As soon as the staging was done the photographer came in to take pictures which were excellent. Because I wanted to get the unit sold ASAP, Brooke suggested we hold an open house that Sunday. I was concerned that it was too short a time to get people to show up, but Brooke assured me it wouldn't be a problem. So, we set up the open house that Sunday and about 30 people showed up, and between then and the brokers' open house the following Tuesday, I got 3 offers all at or above asking price and accepted an all cash offer above asking price that same week.
