Her background is rooted in entrepreneurship. Prior to real estate, Megumi founded and led ventures in Tokyo across the hospitality and lifestyle sectors, overseeing branding, marketing, and spatial design from concept through execution. She has also collaborated with internationally renowned architect Kengo Kuma on a hospitality project, an experience that continues to shape her understanding of architecture, materials, and experiential value.
